NC (Nonconformity product)

หมายถึง ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ไม่สอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนด ซึ่งข้อกำหนดอาจจะได้มาจากข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า หรือ ข้อกำหนดด้านกฏหมาย (A nonconformity is any failure to meet a requirement. A requirement can be customer’s, statutory or regulatory)

(ISO 9001:2015/ IATF16949:2016 Requirement 8.7 Control of nonconforming outputs)

ซึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ไม่สอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดอาจจะมีการจัดการได้หลายวิธีเช่น

  1. ขอลูกค้าอนุมัติใช้เป็นพิเศษ   (IATF16949:2016 Requirement8.7.1.1 Customer authorization for concession)
  2. Rework ทำการซ่อมชิ้นส่วนให้กลับคืนมาได้ตามข้อกำหนด  (IATF16949:2016 Requirement 8. 7. 1.4 Control of reworked product)
  3. Repair  ทำการซ่อมแซมให้สามารถใช้ได้ตามฟังค้ชันการใช้งาน แต่อาจจะไม่ได้ตามข้อกำหนดตั้งแต่ตกลงกันไว้ตอนต้น  (IATF16949:2016 Requirement 8.7.1.5 Control of repaired product)
  4. Disposal ทำการทำลายหรือทิ้งงานเสีย   (IATF16949:2016 Requirement 8. 7. 1. 7 Nonconforming product disposition)

NG product คือ งาน   (Not good/No good)  จะหมายถึงงานที่เสีย โดยทั่วๆไปจะเป็นงานที่ใช้ไม่ได้  หรืองานที่ NC เราทำการ  Rework/Repair แต่ซ่อมแล้วก็ยังใช้ไม่ได้ก็จะเป็นงาน  NG.
