  • ความหมายของ OKRs

ย่อมาจาก Objective + Key Results

  • Objectives คือวัตถุประสงค์หลัก เป็นการบอกจุดมุ่งหมายของหน่วยงาน
  • Key Results คือผลลัพธ์หลัก เป็นการบอกว่าจะทราบได้อย่างไรว่าเราบรรลุจุดมุ่งหมายนั้น

 

Key Result

  • Key results เป็นการวัดว่า Objective ที่เราสร้างขึ้นแต่ละข้อนั้น จะทราบได้อย่างไรว่าเราประสบความสำเร็จ
  • Key results จะเป็นตัววัดในเชิงปริมาณ ที่มีการกำหนดค่าเป้าหมายชัดเจน

 

การสร้าง Key Results (OKR) : Key Result  อาจจะวัดผลที่ Milestone  หรือ  Outcome  ก็ได้

Milestone

Key results อาจจะเป็นการวัด Milestone

  • Objective คือ จัดทำ Website เพื่อสนับสนุนการขาย
  • Key Results อาจจะเป็น สามารถจัดทำให้ Website เสร็จสิ้น 100% ในเดือนตุลาคม (Milestone)

Outcome

Key results อาจจะเป็นการวัดผลลัพธ์

  • Objective คือ จัดทำ Website เพื่อสนับสนุนการขาย
  • Key Results มีคนเข้า Website อย่างน้อย 1,000 รายต่อวัน (ผลลัพธ์)
